You’re not alone.

Start Here, Sweet Soul

I want to begin by saying something that may seem simple but is deeply true: If you’ve landed here, it means you've experienced loss — maybe recently, maybe a long time ago — and you're quietly seeking a gentle way forward.

I created Grief Garden Studio not as a clinical space, but a human one. After I lost my own mom, I needed something slower, softer — something that felt like a safe garden I could visit when the world felt too loud.

This is that garden. Here, you can heal at your own pace, in your own way.

If you're unsure where to begin, I gently suggest our FREE Willow Tree coloring/painting page — inspired by the little tree I painted after my mom died. It's a small act of reflection in the healing tools section. You can also visit one of our apps.

You’ll find:

A daily journal with prompts to help untangle your thoughts

A sound garden of peaceful, healing stories and poems

A memory garden where you can honor your person with love

A balloon release ritual for remembrance

It's designed to support solo healing — not as a fix, but as a guide, gently rooted in nature, art, and story.

Whether you're here for five minutes or five months, this space is yours. There’s no pressure — just a garden, and a friend, and a place to breathe.

With love, always,

Terri – Your Grief Gardener
